Thebandit21 , Jul 21, Hey guys something happend with my permissions, I wrote it all like this in my yml file, with PermissionsEx, and basiclly what happend was this, I saved the file, I started up my server, and the console got spammed up with all these url messages and error messages and node messages, at the beginning it said that It couldn't load up PermissionsEx, and I used some YAML parsers to solve the problem, and they stated errors that I looked at and were all right so can someone please tell me what is wrong with the permissions file below.

RedAlpha , Jan 21, RedAlpha Looks like the template you posted there had all of the spacing removed. IMakeYouExtinct The only group you have correct spacing on is your default group.

The others are indented too far and that is why their permissions won't work. Example: once you get to line 98, Brute should only be indented 2 spaces, not 4 like it is now, and all the lines under Brute are indented way too far also. This is a problem with ALL of your groups except for the default. So your modifyworld. This is the command you will want to use when adding any permission to any group. This is quite easy to setup. When you create the group, you would just need to add an extra option to the command.

You can use a single comma to separate these if it is multiple groups you want it to have. So, to add the default group to our vip group, you would do the following. You can simply add it in either from the config as seen at the bottom or with another command. Which can only be used by this group and if you share these groups permissions via inheritance with another one. Though, you will need the Vault plugin to use this feature. This is actually quite simple. For example, Here is a reference image for all the formats and color code.

This will make it so if you set a world name when adding a permission, said user in said group can only use that permission in said world. Setting this up is actually almost the same process as adding a permission to a group.
